Lambert High School Football Team Uses Sport Psychology

Lambert High School football team finished their regular season with an record of 8 - 2 using Sport Psychology Mental Training. This is a record for a first year program! The first playoff game is this Friday, November 12.

Decatur Boxing Club Females Win Championships With Mental Training!

After preforming sessions of mental training with amateur female boxers from Decatur Boxing Club, two female boxers won USA Boxing State Championships this past weekend. Krichele Featherston (115) and Ronda Williams (165) both won their divisions. Now they will be continuing their mental training and move on to the Women's National Golden Gloves in Florida next month.

We have begun providing mental training to female boxers at the Decatur Boxing Club. The boxers are finding it a useful boost to performance and three female boxers won in the golden gloves. They are moving on to a USA boxing qualifier this weekend.
